Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6–6:45 p.m. for beginners.

Our focus is to allow children to develop their spirit, mind and body through our martial arts program. Classes are in an encouraging, non-intimidating, and family environment.

$24 per month for Y members

$32 per month for community participants

Sibling discounts are available. Monthly classes start the first Tuesday of every month. Click here to register.
