Weight Management Program
Never before have we offered such a complete weight management program. This program will offer you the opportunity to find out exactly how many calories you should be consuming, a nutrition plan based on your caloric needs to help you lose weight, a cardiovascular training plan to help you burn fat more efficiently, and a supervised strength training plan to help you increase lean body mass and increase your metabolism.

Martial Arts
The Bonner Springs Family YMCA is now offering Martial Arts classes! We have classes for everyone in the family ages 4 and up. Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Call for more information today.

Challenger's Adaptive Sports Help All Children Score!
The YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s inclusive programming offers the Challenger program with sports for special-needs kids (ages 5-16).  Kids Night Out "Winter Wonderland!" January 10, 6 to 10 p.m.
Join us for a Blizzard of FUN at this months Kids Night Out! We will be eating dinner, playing fun wintery games, making a COOL craft, swimming and more!  Tell your friends and neighbors! This will be an event you won't want to miss!

Take advantage of our fantastic Playzone area and staff and drop off your children between the ages of 12 weeks and 9 years. As part of your household membership you can check your children into the Playzone area for up to 2 hours while you exercise.

YMCA Annual Mission Campaign
The YMCA Annual Mission Campaign is an annual fundraiser that enables the YMCA to provide the opportunity for families, teens, and children to participate in the wide variety of programs in which they may not otherwise be able to. These funds go to deserving people within the Bonner Springs community and surrounding areas so that they may participate in opportunities such as: swim lessons, summer camp, youth sports, and various other programs and events that the YMCA has to offer. By considering a donation to the campaign you would be helping a member of your local community to participate in an activity they may not be able to on their own.

YMCA Guest Policy 

• Members over the age of 16 years old may bring one guest per visit.  
• Each guest is asked to bring a photo id and complete a guest pass. 
• Guests may visit the YMCA three times per calendar year. 
• Guests under the age of 13 should be supervised by guardian who is 16 years of age or older. 
• Guests visiting the YMCA are asked to either come in with a member or have a guest pass with them.

• If inclement weather occurs, YMCA programs and childwatch will operate normal activity schedules as appropriate. In cases of extreme weather (ice or more than two inches of snow) please call your neighborhood YMCA or visit www.kansascityymca.org/mediaCenter.cfm for more information.
