Cheers for Challenger 2016

Thank you to everyone who said cheers to 10 years of the YMCA Challenger program for individuals with special needs on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at TEVA. Guests enjoyed fine food and beverages, live music and a live and silent auction during this fun-filled evening at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Special guests, including Challenger athlete Avery Spears and his mother Catherine, Jacob Moore and volunteer buddy Tyler McCoach, shared their Challenger stories. The Nigro Brothers led a fun and exciting live auction for some truly unique items, including jewelry, destination trips, a Royals luxury suite experience, a replica World Series trophy and an authentic autographed Peyton Manning jersey. Guests also enjoyed music from country duo Mike Eisel and Bill Hoover.

Photos from the evening are available here.

Proceeds from benefit the YMCA Challenger programs for young people with special needs and our accessible sports facilities at the Fred and Shirley Pryor YMCA Challenger Sports Complex.
