Metabolic Analysis Testing
Many people know the health benefits of a healthy metabolism like lean muscle, low body fat, and high muscle endurance. Each person's metabolism is as unique as their finger print. Sign up for our Metabolic Analysis Testing and know how many calories you need to optimize weight loss, when you are burning the most fat, and receive a comprehensive training schedule that incorporates interval and steady state cardio training for improved fitness.
Personal Training
Resistance training gets results! It burns calories, improves your physique, and prevents injury and illness. Whether you are young or old, competitive or not, set your workout schedule on cruise control by letting one of our trainers drive your body and mind to better results.
Group Exercise Classes
Out of the 43 classes our center has to offer you'll find several to suit your workout needs. From the calming techniques of Yoga or Pilates, to the intense muscle toning of Resistance Training or Boot Camp, all levels are available for you. Our active older adult members truly enjoy our Silver Sneakers class we offer.
YFIT Assessments
Take advantage of the YMCA's complimentary YFIT Health Assessment Program where you can meet with a nationally certified personal trainer to track your progress toward your fitness goals. This program will allow you to find your starting point, get motivated, stay engaged, and get results.
