Group Exercise
Classes have begun!  Click on the link to the right to view our schedule.  We need your help to shape our schedule.  Please stop by the front desk and fill out a Group Exercise Survey.  We want to know which classes you want and what times you want them.  With your assistance, we can create a schedule that will serve the greatest number of members possible.

YFit
FREE with Membership!  Visit one-on-one with a wellness specialist or personal trainer three times over the course of eight to twelve weeks.  This program will help you start smart, get motivated and stay engaged through program design and exercise adherance strategies.  Contact the front desk to set up your appointment today!
