Push yourself to be in the best shape of your life. Test your strength, endurance and also your heart and personal drive in the Ultimate Fitness Challenge August 7. Challenge is open to anyone. Must register and sign a waiver to participate. Date: Time: 8 a.m.-9 a.m. Weigh-ins 10 a.m. Competition begins Location: Events: Deadlift *Three attempts at each lift with the best lift from each added together for your total. Total will be determined by percentage of weight lifted and body weight. Endurance: Push-ups to failure. (Rest only in the up position.) Workout of the Day: Cost: Awards: The top male and female overall winners will receive free unlimited access to Ultimate Fitness classes for the remainder of 2010.
