YMCA Guest Policy
Members over the age of 16 years old may bring one guest per visit.
Each guest is asked to bring a photo ID and complete a guest pass.
Guests may visit the YMCA three times per calendar year.
Guests under the age of 13 should be supervised by a guardian who is 16 years of age or older.
Guests visiting the YMCA are asked to either come in with a member or have a guest pass with them.

Home School PE
Physical Education Class tailored for the home school student will teach the students about good eating and excercise habits, as well as the basic skills of excercise and sports. Classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Monday-Thursday 5 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
Friday 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Pool is Open Again!
The Independence YMCA Pool is open again. The YMCA staff thanks you for your patience during the past three weeks while the pool was closed. We know you will be pleasantly surprised when you come back in!
Be a Stingray - Join YMCA Swim Club
Are your kids good swimmers? Are they bored with swim lessons? Our YMCA Swim Club meets twice a week throughout the year. Improve your strokes and learn new ones while being a part of team. Swim Club competes against other YMCA swim clubs. Call us for more information!

Challenger Adaptive Sports Help All Children Score!
The YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s inclusive programming offers the Challenger program with sports for special-need kids (ages 5-16).
