Corporate Membership

With the YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s corporate partnership plan, it’s easier than ever for your employees to be active, healthy and more productive by belonging to the Y. Our corporate options are easy and accessible, with no contracts and no cancellation fees. They are just simply great employee benefits for companies of all sizes. 

 
 
Choose among three plans:
 
OPTION 1
• Reduction of monthly membership dues for your employees.
• Employee enrolls for Y membership through the company’s HR Department.
• The employee pays their Y membership through payroll deduction set up with their HR Department. The company may choose whether or not to contribute to the membership.
• The Y invoices the company monthly for all employee memberships on one invoice and the company will pay the Y directly.
 
OPTION 2
• Reduction of monthly membership dues for your employees.
• Company chooses to pay part of employee’s Y membership fee and allows the remainder to be paid by the employee directly to the Y.
• Company receives monthly invoice for their portion of the membership fees, while the employee pays remaining portion through individual bank draft set up with the Y.
• Employee may join at any local Y, but must present current pay stub as proof of employment.
 
OPTION 3
• Reduction of monthly membership dues for your employees.
• Employee pays for membership through individual bank draft set up with the Y.
• Employee may be eligible for income-based membership rates.
• Employee may join at their local Y, but must present current pay stub.
