YMCA Guest Policy
- Members over the age of 16 years old may bring one guest per visit.
- Each guest is asked to bring a photo ID and complete a guest pass.
- Guests may visit the YMCA three times per calendar year.
- Guests under the age of 13 should be supervised by guardian who is 16 years of age or older.
- Guests visiting the YMCA are asked to either come in with a member or have a guest pass with them.

Come In For a Great Cardio Workout!
Each machine is equipped with a personal television screen for your exercising enjoyment. Just come in, plug in and you are off to a great workout.
Fitness classes are available to fit your schedule, morning or night:
- Pilates Monday evenings - 5:30 - 6:20 p.m.
- Turbo Kick Monday evenings - 6:30 - 7:20 p.m.
- STEP Tuesday evenings - 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.
- Body Blast Thursday evenings - 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.
- Zumba Fitness Friday evenings - 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.

Hey, B-Ballers! We have open gym for members and community participants. No prior registration needed. See our gym schedule for open play times. Non-members may participate by bringing a photo ID and a fee of $2.50 for students $5.00 for adults.

Challenger's Adaptive Sports Help All Children Score!
The YMCA of Greater Kansas City’s inclusive programming offers the Challenger program with sports for special-needs kids (ages 5-16). Do you know a child with autism, PDD or Aspergers who might enjoy sports activities designed just for them? Please encourage their families to contact the Y to learn about these unique opportunities. Youth & Family
Young Achievers
What: We are a program dedicated to the academic, personal, and career development enhancement of teens. We strive to develop innovative leaders and thoughtful citizens by providing specialized, culturally based programs that foster a dynamic and diverse community and promote lifelong learning among minority youth.
Who: Kansas City 9th - 12th grade students interested in the professional world and higher education
When: Career Cluster and Enhancement meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. during the school year.
Where: Sessions, including breakfast and lunch, are on the UMKC campus.

Adult Achievers
Are you an adult professional of color who would like to serve as a role model for urban youth? Would you like to teach teens about your career or life skills? If yes, then our Young Achievers program is looking for you to volunteer.
