Kids Improve Their Strokes in Swim Club
For kids 5-18, Swim Club offers an opportunity to build skills and have fun. Participants work to improve the four major competitive strokes: free style, breast stroke, back stroke and butterfly. In addition to stroke technique, kids build endurance, learn starts and turns, and learn how to work as a team.
To participate, kids must be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.
Practices are 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday. The club participates in one swim meet a month.
Cost is $40 a month for members and $80 a month for non-members.
