Director
Olathe Preschool and Education Director Andrea Austin began working with the YMCA in August 2007. Prior to working for the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, Andrea was with the Princeton YMCA in New Jersey where she was the director of the Child Development Center. She has been in the early childhood field for more than 20 years. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has experience as a classroom teacher in the New York Public Schools, in the child development setting, and as a center director and administrator.
