Yoga and Pilates Improve Flexibility, Strength and More
Yoga and Pilates classes are ideal for improving flexibility, balance and tone while strengthening core muscle groups. These no impact, low intensity workouts include stretching, core muscle training exercises, breathing exercises and a focused mind. The results include enhanced mobility, long, strong muscles, a flat stomach, strong back, improved posture and a more streamlined body.
Classes for All Levels
Classes range from basic to advanced and are available for any age or fitness level, including active older adults. Some classes combine yoga and Pilates. Tai Chi also is offered, which emphasizes relaxation, fluid movements, balance and breathing.
