The Linwood Family YMCA has facilities and programs to meet a variety of interests and needs for people of all ages. Cardio and strength training equipment, a full basketball court, group exercise classes and Silver Sneakers classes for active older adults, will help you reach and maintain your wellness goals.  For youth we have a teen room where young people can do homework, play board and video games and engage in safe, healthy activities with their peers.  We offer Child Watch services while you work out and, in the summer, you can get "cool in the pool" in our outdoor pool.  Our state of the art computer lab is open and available for members to utilize daily.  New programs and services to serve the Linwood community are in the planning, so check back often for updates.
