The YMCA of Greater Kansas City and Bank of America are celebrating a successful new mentoring program aimed to transition part-time YMCA of Greater Kansas City staff of color into full full-time positions within the Y.

The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is one of only five Ys in the nation selected to receive a grant to implement this pilot program called “Bridging the Gap.” A national collaboration between Bank of America and YMCA of the USA funded the program.
